Summer Solstice is a premium fake tan brand targeting women aged 18 to 30. For this project we want Summer Solstice to embody (as our target audience would say) “summer goals”.
Creative Direction
When looking at the brand we wanted the viewer to imagine the perfect summer we wanted them excited about it! when thinking of a summer holiday you might imagine hot sandy beaches and golden skin. We used warm tones like oranges to convey this through our branding and we modified the typography to add wavy lines in U, M and O to refer back to beach waves, this typography also has a premium look. Finally, to make our branding feel more modern and current we used flat illustrations.
